Refund policy
Refund-Only Policy (No Returns)
- No physical returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
- 5-day refund window: You may request a refund within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility: To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Have all original packaging included.
- Show no signs of damage not caused by shipping or a manufacturer defect.
- Proof required: A valid order number and proof of purchase are required. We request photos or videos to verify issues.
- Shipping damage or defects: Report within 5 days with photos of the packaging and item. Verified defects/damage qualify for a refund.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your bank, processing may take 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.
- Partial refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items with missing parts, signs of use, or damage not due to our error.
- Return of goods not required: Do not send items back to us unless we specifically request it in writing as part of the review process.
- How to request a refund: Email ericataitbrooks@gmail.com or text (443) 904-4401 with your order number, reason for the request, and supporting images/videos. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
- Fraud and abuse: We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the 5-day window.
- Consumer rights: This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
